Farmers already understand 2019 is a learning year, but what are they learning? What are they going to do in 2020?
Christie Apple, or “Crop Scout Christie,” thinks 2020 will bring its own set of challenges, but it will be a good one for farmers.
“2020 is going to bring some new opportunities,” she said. “Some of the challenges we faced this year that we did with our own equipment, or we cut corners on herbicides are definitely things we need to address and tackle ahead of next year.”
Apple is advising her farmers to think a little differently and revise their business plan.
